CapEx VS OpEx Expenses
CaPex (capital expenditure) are a company’s major, long-term expenses whereas OpEx (Operating expenditure) are a company’s day-to-day expenses. Balancing CapEx and Opex is important because neither can be ignored, the current state and future state of the entity must be managed concurrently. It requires careful planning, budgeting, and management. CapEx is usually claimed over the useful period of the asset whereas OpEx is expended in the same financial year.

CAPEX stands for Capital Expenditure. Examples of Capital expenditure include:

What is OPEX expenses?
OpEx stands for Operating Expenditure. OpEx expenses usually are those costs incurred for the day-to-day running of the company. Examples of Operating expenditure include:
