The official fuel price this May 2023

The changes in the fuel price as from 3 May 2023: 

Fuel

Petrol 93

Increasing with 37 cents per litre

Petrol 95 

Increasing with 37 cents per litre

Diesel 0.005%

Decreasing with 48 cents per litre

Diesel 0.05%

Decreasing with 74 cents per litre

Illuminating Paraffin

Decreasing with 33 cents per litre 

LPGAS 

Decreasing with 444 cents per kilogram

As from 3 May 2023 the fuel levy will increase to 396.0 c/l and 382.0 c/l for petrol and diesel. 

The average price internationally for Petrol has increased, whereas Diesel and Paraffin have decreased. 

These will be the prices at the pumps:
