What are Annual Returns CIPC?

Annual returns are submissions of relevant information regarding the trading activities of a company or close corporation. These Annual returns are submitted to the Companies Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). These returns must be filed correctly and within 30 days of the anniversary of the entity.
